Fantastic service!
I would give 10 stars if I could. It looks fantastic and higher than I thought. Fantastic delivery driver, really friendly. Absolutely recommend this company there's nothing negative at all.

Great!
This is a lovely sofa it's small but very modern. Delivery driver was very helpful. We live in flat 10 and he helped us take the sofa up very pleased will be the chair to match.

Love it!
Very smart but comfortable and stylish, everyone who visits comments on how lovely it looks. Delivery was extremely efficient, the two delivery men could not have been more helpful, they unwrapped it and put it exactly where it was meant to go and even plumped up the cushions. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Absolute shambles of a company
Bought sofa from them, 1 month later had to get a replacement sofa as was snapped internally, 3 more months down the line snapped again knackered, so-called for a refund and they ignored and ignored for weeks until I had to take it further to get my refund at which point they agreed to come collect the sofa, I was working on the collection date so they agreeed I could leave the sofa in the garden for them to collect, that night I return from work and the sofa is gone and Abakus are denying all knowledge that they took the sofa and are not issuing a refund on their own behalf, the company is an absolute shambles and I won’t stop until I get my refund even if it means reading a bad review on every single website possible so that people don’t make the same mistake I do.
