A Spokesman Said user Jon Brett had a problem that we can all relate to: he was struggling to get the compensation he was owed from Thomson for a delayed flight. Jon, 51, from Milton Keynes, flew from Antalya to Birmingham Airport on June 25. The flight arrived seven and a half hours late and Jon duly set about getting the compensation he was owed.
